Managing your subscription

Subscriptions purchased on iOS are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, change, or restore a subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Subscriptions purchased on our website are managed through your account page.

Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, email us and we’ll help.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account directly in the app from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data. You may also email us to request deletion.

Bug reports & feature requests

If something isn’t working or you’d like to suggest an improvement, email us with:

  • A short description of what happened or what you’d like
  • Your device model and iOS version (for bugs)
  • A screenshot or screen recording if helpful

Response time

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Urgent issues (e.g. billing, account access) are prioritised.
