Terms of Service

By creating an account or using G10 (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

G10 is an AI-powered calorie tracking and nutrition assistant. The App provides:

• Food logging via photos, text descriptions, or barcode scanning
• AI-powered food recognition and nutritional analysis
• Personalised calorie and macronutrient targets
• Weight management programs with adaptive adjustments
• AI nutrition coaching

• You must create an account using Apple Sign-in, Google Sign-in, or email.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information.
• One account per person.

Free tier

Basic features are available at no cost.

Premium subscription

• Premium features require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• iOS: managed through Apple In-App Purchases. Apple’s terms apply.
• Web: processed through the Yookassa payment gateway.
• Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation & refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• For iOS purchases, manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
• Refund requests for iOS purchases must be directed to Apple.

• You retain ownership of content you submit (food photos, custom foods, recipes).
• By using the App you grant us a licence to process your content for service delivery (e.g. sending photos to AI for food recognition).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Important: nutritional information provided by our AI is estimated and may not be perfectly accurate. AI coaching suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical or dietary advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated nutritional data.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the App.
• Interfere with the App’s operation or infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts or share your account.
• Use automated means to access the App.
• Resell or redistribute the App or its content.

The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding user content), is our property or licensed to us. The G10 name and logo are our trademarks. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Nutritional data is approximate and should not replace professional dietary advice.
• We are not responsible for health outcomes based on use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for actions of third-party services (Apple, Google, payment providers).

• You may stop using the App at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination your right to use the App ceases immediately.
• Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect 7 days after the updated version is posted. The current version is always available at g10app.com/terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Russian legislation.
